Join Alex for a 2 hour workshop preparing you in mind, body, and Spirit for the awesome yoga practice that is giving birth.

This workshop will include:
• Yoga: 30 minutes of a partner yoga class
• Nutrition: Information on how to eat a balanced and nutritionally rich diet during pregnancy and in the postpartum period—Snacks will be provided!
• Birth Education: The physiological changes of the body during birth
• Comfort measures: Tips and techniques to ease the discomforts of labor
Investment: $80 per couple, $40 for single students
