Work the Wall with Donna Welles
November 19, 2:45-3:45pm
An all levels workshop where students can set feet and palms to the wall during peak poses. Lift hips high up to the sky during downdog splits. Lift up into handstand with both feet to the wall and point crown of head to mat. Students will learn about alignment as well as heart and shoulder openers. We will work on several inversions as well as half moon, camel, and chaturanga.
