Baby and Me Yoga is an excellent opportunity for moms (or dads) to bring their children and do some yoga. This is a class where the parents get to practice yoga, while the children play, nap, snack, run around, etc. We welcome children of all ages, from newborn babies on up. The older children are welcome to do yoga with us if they wish.
All levels and experience are welcome - beginners to advanced. This is a multilevel class, with options and modifications. So if you just had your baby and want to get "back in your body" or your baby is growing up and you want to get back in shape, this is a great class for you!
Feel free to bring games, snacks, books, etc. to entertain your kids while you practice. And if you need to jump out of a pose to change a diaper, breastfeed, give a bottle or snack, no problem! Just jump back in when you can. This is a welcoming environment for all!
