Creative Flow: Yoga and Art(s) with Alisha Lineswala

Each month, join Alisha Lineswala for a yoga class geared to get flowing your creative movements of mind and body. Classes are held Sundays 1:15-2:30pm.

October 22: Yoga & Writing

Move and breathe through a 45-minute meditative flow that quiets the mind and unleashes your creativity.  After, spend 45 minutes writing with guided prompts.  Writers of all kinds are welcome: poets, storytellers, journalists, etc.  Your imagination has no limits!  Writers will have the opportunity to share their work at the end of the class.  No prior yoga experience is required.

November 19: Yoga & Art

Move and breathe through a 45-minute meditative flow that quiets the mind and unleashes your creativity.  After, spend 45 minutes creating art with guided prompts.  Artists of all kinds are welcome: drawers, painters, digital artists, etc.  Your imagination has no limits!  Artists will have the opportunity to share their work at the end of the class.  No prior yoga experience is required.

December 17: Yoga & Music

Move and breathe through a 45-minute meditative flow that quiets the mind and unleashes your creativity.  After, spend 45 minutes creating music with guided prompts.  Musicians of all kinds are welcome: singers and instrumentalists.  Your imagination has no limits!  Musicians will have the opportunity to share their work at the end of the class.  No prior yoga experience is required.
