First, we begin with listening. Then move into a fun and dynamic exploration of core, balance, and flexibility sequences against or near the wall. We venture into composed inversions. Then finish off with restorative rest pose.
This workshop is for anyone with a receptive spirit towards exploration, community, and fun! We will be accompanied by a playlist of international sounds for your listening pleasure.
