While a healthy spine is a joy, a painful back can be, well, a real pain. Do you experience back pain and stiffness? Sore shoulders? Neck issues? Join Marietta Vis, certified in the school of Critical Alignment Yoga, for a workshop geared to bring some ease back into moving.

CAY yoga views alignment as essential. When the body aligns, you'll find that some of the soreness, stiffness and back issues you experience will ease. With healthy alignment, over time you'll build more natural strength, energy will flow freely through your body, and in the process, tensions will ease.

CAY utilizes specialized props to bring greater awareness to your body, helping you relax back muscles like a massage from the inside out.
