The following classes are weekly offerings focusing on specific aspects or methods, geared to help practitioners begin, or advance an existing yoga and meditation practice.
Have you always wanted to try (or retry) yoga? Join us for a class devoted to meeting the needs of new students. You'll learn ways to release tension and open your shoulders, lower back, and hips and get stronger and more flexible too. We'll discuss and try out modifications to use if you want to attend all-levels classes.

Every Wednesday and Sunday evening, enjoy a class geared to re-set and recharge you from the inside out. Class begins with slow-flow movement (think: Viniyoga) to facilitate stretching while easing jitters or nerves. This allows students to focus on being in class while calming the mind and commencing conscious breathing. Next, students are assisted with five to seven restorative postures, each with different benefits for mind and body. These generally include: supported variations of Child's Pose, Legs up the Wall, Bridge, and Reclining Bound Angle Pose. The class ends with blissful Savasana via a soothing guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).

Come sweat it out with Emily during a 40-minute power Zumba class on Wednesdays from 5:10-5:50pm! Her class is a mix of low- and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party fueled by Latin beats.
Join Jamie Yost for an all levels vinyasa flow class taught in American Sign Language. This class will incorporate basic yoga poses into challenging and fun sequences, with an emphasis on alignment and the breath. Jamie helps students build strength and flexibility through an all levels flow appropriate for those new to yoga, or looking to deepen their practice. Please note that although voice-interpretation is not provided, all are welcome!
SPA yoga is a 75 min slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience based on Fluid Yoga sequencing. By engaging all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!), SPA aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation.
The physical practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided savasana. During SPA, you may discover extra hands on assists and massages, a calming candlelit room atmosphere, delightful scents and beautiful music in the background.
Join us for a healthy and fun yoga class for your whole family with Kaydee Dahlin
Family yoga accommodates families with infants up to age 7. We do fun group warm-ups, yoga songs, games, and relaxation all together. In the middle of the class, we split into two groups, one for partner yoga usually Parent/Child (2-7 yrs), and another for parents with infants (Baby Barbells).
Everyone will have fun and get a workout. The family will learn breathing and relaxation and meditation techniques that you can practice together at home, as well as fun Acro yoga poses for playtime with your child.
Only one payment necessary per family, though every adult member should separately create an account and sign the waiver.
Prepare your body for childbirth, both physically and emotionally. In this workshop we'll focus on poses that not only build strength and stability in the hips and low back, but that guide the body toward a receptive state of softening and opening. We'll practice breathing techniques to prepare for labor, and poses that build up the stamina and the mental flexibility needed for motherhood. The workshop will conclude with a supportive savasana. It's suitable for women in all trimesters, and is an excellent way to meet fellow mothers. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
