Join the teachers from Yoga NoMa at the REI Community Space @ Wunder Garten for some outdoor yoga designed with the multi-sport outdoor athlete in mind. This 60 minute yoga workshop focuses on poses that complement athletic workouts and goals, helping you deepen flexibility, core strength and balance. Every class includes a warm up, mindfulness of movement and breath, and ends with deep stretching. Each weekly session will include a specific focus area (e.g. hips, core, hamstrings, and balance). Your instructor is a 200RYT with 15 years of competitive running and triathlon experience, so whether you're an athlete new to yoga or a yogi with a broad athletic life this class is for you!
